halfway down the alley behind the building there is a large group of dumpsters, you may use any of them that are not locked
I open the doors at 9am the day of events.
Tables (30 five foot rounds, and 10 rectangles), chairs (mahogany wood stained chiavari chairs) and a security guard (during the hours of the actual event), projector and screen, and a podium.
Eight (8) people can sit comfortably at a 5ft round, or Nine (9) tightly.
Everything must be removed the night of the event in order to clean and ready the room for the next person.
After 5pm M-F or all day on Sat & Sun you may park in any lot within a block of the building. The primary parking is behind the building along with the adjacent street.
You need to plan to be entirely out of the building by midnight. In order for that to happen you need to stop the party at 11pm and start the cleanup.
If the day before is available, you may come in and start setting up as long as you have obtained permission from me in advance

I have traffic cones that can be used to save spaces adjacent to the building
Candles are allowed if they are enclosed in glass
You may hang decorations from the chandeliers and sconces as well as some of the conduit.
All of the doors are required fire exits and must remain unlocked and unblocked during events.
